Dino Run DX includes multiple game modes. The first being the single player challenges where it’s you verses the “Wall of Doom”. Run away as far as you can while collecting bones and eggs for currency.


There is also multiplayer where you go online and race against other players. Work together by running away from the Wall of Doom or sabotage them to slow them down.


Lastly there is the Free-run mode where you can explore and chat with other players. Not having to worry about the Wall of Doom allows you to have fun and relax with the game.


Gamemodes

There’s mutilple items in the game to help you out. First we have speed boost that increases your maximum speed and can be very helpful in certain situations.


The jump boost increases your jump height and comes from the purple plant, found near berry trees. It’s very useful in climbing up huge mountains or very steep inclines.


Lastly we have the straight boost found from the yellow ground plant. This super natural state allows you to power through obstacles such as dinosaurs, meteorites and boulders.


Resources

Non-playable characters are also a big part of the game. Most are obstacles in the game and include Stegosauruses and Triceratops who are also trying to get away from the Wall of Doom.


Another NPC you’ll run into are critters that are very helpful for you. Find and eat a lot of birds and lizards to gain bonuses and bones to help customize your dinosaur.


Other NPCs include flying Pterodactyls that when not blocking can actually help as you can hitch a ride from them.

Dino Run DX

Dino Run DX is an ongoing evolution of the classic prehistoric racing game, Dino Run. Released in 2015, it started out as a Flash game but evolved into its own stand-along port. Control your iconic raptor through an endless assortment of procedurally generated landscapes and outrun the ever-approaching Wall Of Doom. Will you end up one of the millions of doomsday casualties, or will you escape extinction?
