Ehroar

Candy is the main currency for Festival of the Lost. Equip a mask of choice for candy to drop from defeated combatants and upon completion of activity of choice and right now Lake of Shadows launched from the map seems to be the fastest farm.


You can find Spectral Pages from completing activities throughout the game. Lake of Shadows is once again a fast farm to acquire these. Once you get 10 take them into the Haunter Sector to prepare them to be turned in. Used to upgrade and unlock event triumphs.


The new event, Haunted Sectors brings us back to 3 lost sectors that have Headless Ones now! Once you defeat 10 of these mini-bosses a boss fight will begin. Upon completion the chest rewards you with a chance at the 3 event weapons.


Activities

Jurassic Green is a new 540rpm solar pulse rifle. For PvE it comes with good perks in both slots but not necessarily any good combination of perks. The roll I would go for is Subsistence and Adrenaline Junkie.


Braytech Werewolf is a 450rpm kinetic auto rifle. This weapon has nearly zero desirable perks for PvE. If I had to choose a roll to chase it would be Fourth Times the Charm and Swashbuckler.


Horror Story is another 450rpm kinetic auto rifle with decent PvE perks but not ones I would want on this exact weapon. The roll would be Subsistence and Demo or Osmosis. Overall I would avoid this one because 450s really need a damage perk.


Weapons

The community voted armor set this year is Dinosaur themed. You can purchase these sets from the Eververse store for 1500 silver or 6000 bright dust.


Festival of the Lost brings 6 new masks this year. Equip the one you like the best to earn candy during the event. Take that candy to purchase the new ones from Eva.


As usual in Destiny 2 events a majority of the cosmetics can be found in the Eververse store. Here you can find all the spooky sparrows, emotes, finishers, armor, and ships to get you ready for Halloween!

Destiny 2: Festival of the Lost

Festival of the Lost 2021 finally brings a new activity to Destiny 2’s Halloween event! This year we dive into 3 revamped Lost Sectors called Haunted Sectors that have Headless Ones (spooky mini-bosses) and a new boss fight. Throw on a mask to earn candy and spectral pages from any activity of choice throughout the game. Overall Festival of the Lost has a lackluster gameplay loop but brings all spooky cosmetics you could ever wish for!
