One of the most useful characters in the fight is Jadwiga. Able to heal allies and herself, she’ll do a good job of keeping you in the fight.


Another great choice is Krzysztof whose well versed in heavy weapons and can do serious damage with his rocket launcher and the clear out skill.


The game also includes volunteers that can be recruited. They may have limited health yet they serve a valuable role stepping into the fight allowing your main players time to heal.


Characters

When looking at the overall map, moral is huge in keeping you in the fight. Winning districts helps raise moral while ignoring moral may cause your side to surrender.


Losing or ignoring a battle will cause your Attrition to rise which in turn lowers moral and can cause a snowball effect. It’s important not to spend too much time in any one district.


Momentum is a cumulation of many factors and roughly indicates the health of your resistance. Keeping up your side’s moral and winning battles will play a key role in avoiding the capitulation of your forces.


Maps

The economy of Warsaw is built on the exploration of the map. The more battles you find will also bring additional loot however you are allowed a limited amount to carry so choose wisely.


Once back in the hide-out, sell and bater the loot you find to buy the supplies you need such as ammo, med kits and even camouflage.


You can also repair and sell weapons that you find and with skill being tied to weapons, it’s important to repair the weapons you need and sell the ones you don’t for extra supplies.

Warsaw

Featuring a compelling mix of turn-based combat, RPG, resource management and strategy, Warsaw is set in Poland’s capital during the Polish uprising in WW2. In order to survive you have to explore the city, fight enemy patrols and gather supplies. History buffs will appreciate how the developers integrated actual history into the game highlighting some of the darkest days of WW2 and doing so in a compelling and interesting way.
