Lore Star

Canderous Ordo is a mercenary character you'll encounter on your first planet, Taris. A hardened warrior who talks about his experience in a recent war fighting against the republic.

HK47 may come across as a typical looking Droid, however he actually poses to be a normal protocol droid but has hidden assassin protocols.

Bastila Shan perfectly embodies the legalism of the Jedi, however it becomes evident she's not quite wise enough to be listened to.

Characters

Taris is the first real planet with three basic areas, upper city, lower city and the under city with each level feeling very unique.

Dantooine is the first planet you can travel to once getting your first ship and where you'll learn to become a Jedi, hold a lightsaber and unlock your force abilities.

Korriban is sort of the reverse of Dantooine where you'll go learn the ways of the Sith. This is the first time in the Star Wars universe where the Sith code is introduced.

Maps

There are two types of weapons with the first being the range type. Although not the best, they can be modified and upgraded as you progress through the game.

The other type of weapons are melee such as the lightsaber. They can also be modified by changing the color or power crystals which all impacts what the lightsaber does as well as your force abilities.

The game does have a great customization system giving you the ability to decide if you want to be a double, duel wielding or single lightsaber with different colors.

Star Wars - Knights of the Old Republic is one of my favorite video games and one of the most well crafted RPG's of all time. It gives you the opportunity to live out your Jedi or Sith journey and leave your impact on the Star Wars galaxy.
